CSCR Supporter Networking Reception

6 pm - 8 pm

A networking reception will be available to CSCR's Supporters and students. During this time, students will have an opportunity to network with employers before heading into career fair week. Companies will talk about their organizations, their recruitment process, and opportunities that are available. Students will have an opportunity to obtain answers to their questions.

Fall 2024 Supply Chain and Information Systems Career Fair

September 10 - 12, 2024
11 am to 4 pm

The Fall 2024 SCIS Career Fair will be held on September 10th, 11th, and 12th from 11 am to 4 pm. CSCR Supporters may attend any two days of the in-person career fair. Smeal Business Career Center Partners may attend one day of the in-person career fair. Others may attend the in-person career fair with a registration fee of $1,295 which includes lunch for 4 representatives and one interview room (if available) from 8-5 pm the day after. Employers will have the opportunity to target their recruiting efforts by meeting with qualified students, interviewing candidates, and selecting top students from Penn State supply chain, management information systems, industrial engineering, and information systems and technology programs.

Booth Shipping

• You may ship your booth and/or materials prior to the fair. Please label freight 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. to aid in confirming complete shipment arrival. Shipments should be sent to:

Return Booth Shipping

• Following each day of the career fair, FedEx and UPS pick-ups have been scheduled for return shipments. Please be sure to bring your shipping labels with you as you will be responsible for packing/labeling your wares and delivering them to the staging area.

  • Select your scheduled event date from the list of events
  • Select a parking area for your visit - under list or on the map
  • Login with an existing account, create an account, or continue as guest
  • Enter all required information to complete the reservation - the license plate information entered MUST match that of the vehicle parked on campus
  • You will receive an email to confirm your parking reservation
  • Park at the designated parking lot - East Parking Deck
  • Scan the QR code from your email when you enter the garage. If the run into issues, please contact parking at 814-865-1436.
• Check-in at the Business Building Atrium begins at 9 am.
• Freight will be delivered to your table.
• Registration includes up to three representatives.
• Lunch will be provided for recruiters.
